Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus in front of customers.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory control, food handling, and sanitation practices.
- Plan and execute catering services for events, including banquets and special occasions.
- Collaborate with management on menu development, pricing, and food presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hibachi Chef or in a similar role within the culinary field.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including inventory control and food handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
