Job Description

We market a wide range of semiconductor production equipment (SPE) products and provide outstanding service and support to U.S. semiconductor device manufacturers. TEL's world-renowned products and technologies support diverse customer needs for the manufacture of increasingly sophisticated semiconductors.
Responsibilities :
- Provide and develop technical training in the areas of functionality, support, and utilization of TEL equipment
- Target audiences for the training can be internal engineers or external customers
- Provide technical training on TEL CELLESTA -i or EXPEDIUS Surface Preparation Systems (SPS) & other SPE as required
- Teach equipment training classes as scheduled (including customer onsite classes if required)
- Travel domestically and internationally (up to 25% may be required)
- Work shift varies based on company need
- Develop new curriculum and make improvements to existing curriculum
- Support the installation of new equipment in the training center
- Order parts, tools, manuals, and supplies as required to support training needs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on training machines as necessary
- Troubleshoots and repairs training machines as necessary
- Remain current with new products / technology on equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of training classrooms and facilities
- Generate monthly status updates and other reports for supervisor / manager as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Physical Requirements : Job duties may be performed in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions and / or in high places. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and ability to lift / carry objects up to 35 pounds may be required. May require bending / stooping / crawling / climbing. May require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents, or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Occasional overnight travel to TEL factory, training facilities and customer locations may be required.
