Position: Bartender & Manager
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bartender & Manager to join our team at Tokyo Hana Japanese Restaurant in Rowlett, TX. This role requires both bartending expertise and management skills to ensure smooth bar operations while assisting with restaurant management duties.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following our menu and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Train and supervise bar staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff coordination and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Work closely with the restaurant owner and other managers to improve service and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience (management experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and sake.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience in a restaurant or bar setting is a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
