- Preparing made to order food quickly and accurately
- Keeping the kitchen clean
- Prepping items as needed.
- Whether you're on line, prepping, or doing dishes you are an important member of the kitchen team.
- Learning to roll sushi and make Poke Bowls.
- Prepping sushi items,
- Also may need to help the front team members at times.
