Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers.
Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages following recipes or customer requests
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
