- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire restaurant including dinning area, bar, and server stations
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
**Requirements:**
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and creating cocktails
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling
