Industrial Engineer II (Rockaway, NJ) : Create 3D and 2D design models for Pressure Vessel, Reactors and Storage Tanks with software such as AutoCAD and Creo. Responsible for making layout drawing, CNC Programs in Columbus for cutting and machining following ASME codes, Bill of Material and the report. Conduct work measurement studies using standard data and Time study analysis to establish operational and production standards for the Pressure vessels. Develop and implement lean engineering tools such as 5S, Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), Just in time (JIT), Kanban, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), A3 thinking, Poka-Yoke, 5 Whys, SIPOC, Takt times, Set-up reduction (SMED), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Cause & effect diagrams, etc. and documenting process methods.Requires Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.Please mail resumes to HR, Tolan Machinery Co Inc, 164 Franklin Ave, Rockaway, NJ 07866.
