As an Interior Waterproofing Team Leader, you will:
- Strategize with the Production Manager and Sales Team to ensure efficient project execution.
- Be the face of the company on-site, providing top-tier customer service.
- Lead a small crew (3-4 people) to complete high-quality waterproofing installations.
- Utilize delegation, communication, and customer service skills to drive project success.
- Perform labor-intensive tasks such as jackhammering, material handling, and shoveling.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute interior waterproofing projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians.
- Communicate with customers to explain the process and address any concerns.
- Ensure job sites are organized, safe, and meet company standards.
- Operate jackhammers, skid loaders, and excavators when needed.
- Work closely with the Production Manager to coordinate materials, scheduling, and job progress.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and crew reports.

- Attention to Detail – Ensures work is completed to company standards and meets customer expectations.
- Time Management & Organization – Ability to keep jobs on schedule while managing crew responsibilities effectively.
