Responsibilities – Sales Specialist:
Help customers on their journey to select the Harley-Davidson motorcycle of their dreams!- Meet and greet customers to custom FIT the motorcycle that meets their needs, wants and desires through a world class experience process. Great listening skills are key!
- Explain and demonstrate motorcycle features and benefits through test rides
- Guide customers through the sales process while overcoming any objections that prevent ownership opportunities.
- Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience!
- Meet or exceed achievable sales targets.
- Customer follow up to invite in and encourage repeat and referral business!
- Prospect for new customers and riders within the community!
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork and enthusiasm in our dealership's success!
- Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude!
Qualifications – Sales Specialist:
- Goal oriented, pleasant, and self-motivated to succeed with great sales, communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, driven and helpful
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Motorcycle endorsement is preferred. We will help you obtain it.
- Good computer and social media skills
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Can lift 50 lbs. and is comfortable learning to move heavy-weight Harley-Davidson motorcycles
