What You'll Do Daily
- Operate the Blanchard Grinder and take charge of preparation and adjustments
- Collaborate with others using overhead and jib cranes for well-coordinated operations
- Verify dimension accuracy and improve output by leveraging blueprints and standard grinding techniques
- Maintain the machinery fluid levels and perform routine inspections to promote continuous operation
- Adept at blueprint interpretation and equipment handling
- Comfortable with forklifts and precision tools like micrometers
- Detail-oriented with a robust analytical mindset
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience is an asset but not mandatory
