Concierge

Our spaces, including Lucille’s Jazz Lounge, Bar One, Vibrant Lounge, and more, serve as hubs for community, entertainment, and collaboration.

Job Summary:
We are seeking personable and reliable individuals to join our team as Concierge at TolHouse. This role is perfect for someone looking for occasional, part-time work. Hosts will primarily work during live performances at Lucille’s Jazz Lounge and at special events across TolHouse spaces. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and ticket sales, assisting with food and beverage service, and ensuring an exceptional Member and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests for performances and events at Lucille’s Jazz Lounge and other TolHouse spaces.
• Manage door ticket sales, ensuring an efficient and welcoming entry process.
• Assist with running food and drinks to tables during events.
• Buss tables and keep event spaces tidy as needed.
• Provide water service to tables to enhance guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and event staff to maintain smooth event operations.
• Answer basic questions about TolHouse and Lucille’s Jazz Lounge programming and Membership.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling transactions for ticket sales.
• Experience in hospitality or events is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, primarily evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
