General Description :
We have an opening for a Staff Accountant at our Denver branch . This person will be a key member of our Accounting Services Department and will report directly to the Controller. The primary functions of this position entail ongoing Accounts Receivable Management, collections processing, billing, and additional special projects.
Responsibilities for Staff Accountant include :
- Cash application processing via lockbox and EFT
- AR Aging management and customer collection notification
- Management of various AR Inbox and inquiries
- Management of new customer and new customer location additions
- Quoted work order billing processing
- Project billing and set up processing as back up for team
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Special projects as needed
Compensation & Benefits :
Average Starting Salary : $55,000-$70,000 annually. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
