General Description :
Tolin Mechanical , an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our Denver Branch . We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.
Our Service Managers lead passionate teams to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting client needs and commitments. They are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned maintenance and project deliverables with a strong focus on client retention. They also see that work performed are in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operate on the job with the highest of ethics. Adhering to all company safety standards, as well as, following consistent and repeatable management procedures and processes is important for success in this role.
Service managers also manage the financial health of their business unit by maintaining an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results.
Responsibilities for Service manager
- Project management, scheduling, and asset management
- Management of costs, billings, and collections
- Maintenance of profitability goals and positive cash flow
- Evaluate contractual scope of work
- Analyze financial reports and proactively address issues effectively
- Performs cost estimates and supports sales on proposals and negotiations
- Manage and mitigate financial risks

Average Starting Salary : $90,000 - $115,000 Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of maintenance agreement profitability). Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
