We have an exciting opportunity for an Import Account Specialist to join our team in our LA branch. The Import Account Specialist handles day to day operations pertaining to ocean / air / warehousing, imports, exports and acts as operations key account manager for specific accounts designated in the Import Department. The accounts handled by the Import Account Specialist are the ones with biggest volume and highest revenue in the department.
The Opportunity :
- Maintains Job Management WIP / ACRL and billing of shipments based on company KPI's.
- Reviews of documentation to ensure these are complete and compliant.
- Coordinates cargo movement with Ocean / Air Carriers, and trucking companies.
- Attention to detail to ensure fulfillment of complex account requirements.
- Autonomy for solving problems to create the best customer service experience for key customers.
- Provide all service offerings from Toll to build seamless service experience for these important accounts, strengthening the relationship with the customers.
