Position Overview
Join our team at to enhance an on-premises HR Automation System, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (v8.2) application critical to managing HR processes. As an IT Consultant, you will drive the modernization of this system by optimizing workflows, integrating with external systems, and improving user experience. Your work will streamline employee lifecycle management, boost efficiency, and empower data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy workflows for onboarding, promotions, internal transfers, and vacancy management.
- Create reusable templates and a budgeting module to streamline HR processes.
- Enhance user interfaces, implement dashboards, and develop advanced reporting tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalability, usability, and operational efficiency.
Mandatory Skills/Experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven experience in implementations, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and source control systems (Git).
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.
