Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Cost Estimator located in Yonkers, NY. The Junior Cost Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate change order cost estimates, managing project budgets, and controlling costs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing blueprints and other documentation to prepare estimates, collaborating with project managers, and performing cost analysis and forecasting to ensure project success.

- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
