- NFHS Protecting Students from Abuse
- NFHS Spirit Rules Exam
- AIA Spiritline Information Course
- CPR/First Aid/AED (In Person Course Hands-on Session Required)
- 3 Letter of Recommendation (Must be current or within the last year)
- Arizona Driver's License
- DPS - IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZDPS Public Services Portal)
