Overview:
Tolo Logistics is seeking a dedicated Delivery Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of packages for Amazon and provide excellent customer service while working alongside our delivery drivers.
This is a NON-DRIVING position.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid ID (Driver's license is NOT required)
- Drug Screening
- Background check
- Ability to handle physical work, including heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Duties:
- Assist in loading delivery vehicles
- Perform heavy lifting of packages, up to 50lbs / position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and standing
- Communicate effectively with the delivery driver and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Work environment is fast-paced and involves both indoor and outdoor conditions.
