We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented mechanical CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of drafting principles, possess proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (SolidWorks) and have a strong mechanical aptitude. You will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed drawings, bills of material, and solid models for a variety of products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to engineering standards and specifications.

- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of advanced training in mechanical/electrical drafting/design
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience utilizing SolidWorks in a manufacturing environment
- The ability to perform basic engineering calculations and an understanding of geometric tolerancing
- Ability to clearly convey ideas and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other team members both in person and remotely
- Enjoys a systematic, organized work environment
- Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency
