Due to growth, Tolomatic is looking for a CAD Drafter. About You :

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of advanced training in mechanical / electrical drafting / design.

2-3 years of hands-on experience utilizing SolidWorks in a manufacturing environment.

The ability to perform basic engineering calculations and an understanding of geometric tolerancing.

Ability to clearly convey ideas and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other team members both in person and remotely.

Enjoys a systematic, organized work environment.

Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions.

Efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines.

Ability to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

A positive and enthusiastic individual.

A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within our organization.

Primary Objective :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented mechanical CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of drafting principles, possess proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (SolidWorks) and have a strong mechanical aptitude. You will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed drawings, bills of material, and solid models for a variety of products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
