Opportunity Details

• Daily Schedule: Full Time (3-5 days/week)! (No Nights or Weekends)
• Locations: Kettering, Dayton, Englewood, Urbana, Sidney
• Compensation: Unbeatable Financial Security with Unmatched Financial Growth
• Sign On Bonus & Retention Bonus: $10K paid on your 1st paycheck another $10K at renewal!
• Guaranteed Financial Security: Earn $1K/day for your first 90 days, then $750/day for the rest of your term!
• Unmatched Financial Growth: In addition to your guarantee, you will earn a Quarterly Bonus of 32 – 35 % of your personal collections!
• Your Path to Ownership Starts Here: Take 10% profit dividends in year 1, increasing 2%/year for the next 5 years! By year 6, you will have earned 20% equity ownership in the practice - without any upfront capital!

• Sidney, OH: Our Sidney OH practice is a thriving legacy office that has been serving the Sidney, OH community for decades. Our current Associate will be relocating out of state and we are looking for a dedicated & quality-focused associate to join our established team. We have 2 full time dental assistants, 2 registered dental hygienists, an amazing office manager, and a dedicated scheduling coordinator all ready to help you thrive in your career!
• Vandalia, OH: Located in the heart of Vandalia, OH, we are building a new practice to serve this thriving community. We are passionate about putting patients over profits & dedicated to helping you build the practice you were meant to build! With a competitive guaranteed salary & a fully trained support team, you will be able to focus on your passion - providing quality dental care for all patients!
• Kettering, OH: At our Kettering location, we have a thriving patient base and a dedicated team ready to help you continue the legacy created by our team. We provide general dentistry services as well as implant services (single unit & all-on-x)! We'd love to partner with you & have our dedicated surgeons provide hands on training as you grow in the field of implant dentistry.
• Dayton, OH: At our Dayton location, we have an incredible provider that takes pride in being a dedicated and compassionate mentor to the next generation of doctors. Dr. Bohme provides general, cosmetic, and restorative dental services to the patients in his community. We would love to mentor a new grad or a partner that is looking to take their career to the next level!
• Englewood, OH: At our Englewood location, our team is compassionate & dedicated to providing exceptional care. We are looking to expand our team by bringing on a permanent dentist to partner with our DA, EFDA, OM, and RDH to truly make our community smile!
• Urbana, OH: Dr. Bauer & Dr. Beck have built a thriving practice that is charming & successful. We are excited to bring on an additional dentist to follow in our doctors footsteps & take their career to the next level. Our doctors can support with mentoring you as you hone your clinical skills – focusing on restorative dentistry as well as implant dentistry & cosmetic dentistry!

Qualifications:

• You should have a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• A valid & active Ohio dental license that is in good standing.

• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Experience with Endodontics, and Implant Restorations & Placements a plus!
