As a Fleet Supervisor, you are responsible for managing our Loaner Vehicle Program effectively and efficiently to help maintain our high level of service. As the Fleet Supervisor, you will provide excellent service and will ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client relationships and contributing to the dealership’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Punctual and regular attendance.
- Coordinating loaner/rental cars to clients in a courteous and prompt manner
- Complete loaner/rental contracts thoroughly and accurately
- Provide a great delivery of the vehicle, including an inspection and explanation of operation and accessories.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of loaner/rental vehicles.
- Coordinating with Valets including gas in vehicles and car washes
- Inspect vehicles for damage and make sure all vehicles have current registration.
- Predict the number of vehicles that will be needed daily.
- Follow direction from Service Management and assist when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and clients when loaner vehicles are damaged.
- Maintain all management reports.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year fleet management experience required.
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

LOCATION SUPERVISION:
Our store is located at 9875 Atlantic Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32225, one mile west of I-295. Your direct supervisor will be our Service Director, BJ Scott.
Salary : $15 - $18
