Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!
Location: Louisville, KY
On-Site / In-Office - NOT A REMOTE POSITION
Pay: $16–$18/hour
Schedule: Set Schedule- Full-time - Multiple Shifts Available- Weekend Availability
Shifts include:
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm with Rotating Saturdays
Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm with Rotating Saturdays
Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 8pm

Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for entry-level Customer Service Representatives to join our growing call center team in Louisville, KY!

What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls from customers needing help with plumbing, heating, cooling, or electrical issues
- Listen actively, ask the right questions, and schedule service appointments
- Provide accurate timeframes and updates for service visits
- Collaborate with technicians and fellow team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Represent our company with professionalism and a helpful attitude on every call
- Assist with other administrative and customer support tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong customer service background (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.)
- Clear and friendly verbal communication
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and helpful, even under pressure
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn!
