Your Role as an HVAC Install Apprentice
This is your opportunity to learn from experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians and build a solid foundation in HVAC installation. Youll be responsible for:
- Removing and installing residential HVAC systems.
- Assisting in system upgrades and new installations.
- Learning troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Providing top-notch customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Growing into a licensed HVAC professional with hands-on training.

- A hardworking, motivated individual eager to learn and grow.
- Comfortable with physical labor and hands-on work.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- No prior experience neededjust a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Monday Friday (7:00 AM 8:00 PM, rotating weekends)
- $16 - $20 per hour (Plus performance-based incentives)
