Essential Job Functions
- Communicate with Dispatch & Team: Stay connected with your manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional image.
- System Installations: Remove old systems and install new ones following our detailed checklist.
- Follow Safety Guidelines: Ensure all HVAC work meets local codes and safety protocols.
- Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about the process, timelines, and any changes.
- Inventory Management: Maintain required tools and equipment for maximum efficiency.
- Training: Work with and train any install helpers assigned to you.
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License & Clean Driving Record
- Pass a Background Check & Drug Screen
- Expert HVAC Skills & Customer Service Focus
- Ability to Lift Up to 50lbs
Experience/Education:
- 3 Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience
