Key Responsibilities:
- Organization of Firm Processes and Correspondence:
- Diligently maintain and organize files.
- Manage the firm's email, physical mail, and calendar.
- Keep track of client prospects and ongoing matters with precision.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring the office operates seamlessly.
- Client Service and Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients.
- Answer phones and handle all client interactions with professionalism.
- Conduct client intake interviews and accurately record responses.
- Real Estate Transaction Tasks:
- Collaborate with external professionals to draft real estate closing documents.
- Compile and balance closing disclosures.
- Order title searches and review town/city land and tax records.
- Record official documents with accuracy.
- Legal Writing: Draft legal documents, including contracts and deeds, with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with experience managing an office environment.
- Proficient in maintaining and organizing calendars.
- A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong motivation to learn about real estate law.
