Tom Hesser BMW in Scranton, PA is seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill the position of Service Advisor in our rapidly expanding BMW store. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, excellent verbal / written communication skills, and be very well organized. Prior service advisor / writer experience a plus but we will train the right candidate. Knowledge of CDK computer system a plus. Come join our outstanding team at Tom Hesser BMW. Job Summary : The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work in our service department and for selling needed service to customers. The Service Advisor is the dealership's first-line customer-relations and service representative.
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 : 00 PM, some Saturday hours required.
Compensation : Hourly compensation based on experience.
