Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airboat Captain to lead our team in a dynamic and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to manage various operations effectively. This role requires a militarized approach to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to protocols while overseeing boat operations.

Duties

• Lead and supervise the passengers during all phases of operation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage the boats daily operations, including maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Coordinate with the booking office to ensure seamless workflow and communication across all levels.
• Conduct regular assessments of the boat performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and maintenance activities for reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Must have an active US Coast Guard Captains license along with proven experience as a Captain or in a similar role within the maritime or industrial sector.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with militarized protocols and procedures related to boat management is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, crew members, management, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in challenging environments while maintaining a focus on safety and operational excellence.
