The pay range is $17.00-$19.00/hour with additional commission pay! RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone and web-based leads.
- Schedule appointments for service and sales.
- Contact customers on current incentives.
- Make follow up calls to our current customers.
- Develop relationships with potential new customers.
- Maintain an accurate database with customer information and notes.
- Provide basic knowledge on vehicles.
- Introduce customer to a Sales Consultant that will help them through the buying or selling process.
- Assisting with the scheduling of loaner vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available to work flexible hours and rotating Saturdays
- Ability to effectively communicate in person, by email and phone
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Professional appearance
- Valid Driver’s License
