Yard Operator (including landfill duties)
Tom Kraemer Inc. has an immediate opening for a full time Yard Operator. Tom Kraemer Inc. has been a family owned company since 1938 and continues to provide employees with a positive, fun, safe, success-driven work environment. We are currently seeking a Yard Operator to help with our daily operations and keep our recycling center, yard and landfill clean, neat and organized.

Job Summary:
Assist in the operations of our public drop off center, Landfill, and yard operations. Also, perform various tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Primary Duties Required for This Position:
- Operate equipment to accomplish daily tasks
- Help customers in Recycling Center when needed
- Keep landfill and yard clean and organized
- Inspect and screen loads; remove MSW and recyclables
- Cut grass, trim trees and pickup paper and other debris
- Maintain and grease equipment
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed
