Job Summary
The Machining Manager will oversee the machining operations within our manufacturing facility, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a strong leader with extensive knowledge of machining processes, quality control, and team management. The Machining Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to optimize production, enhance workflow, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily machining operations to meet production targets.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop tooling and fixtures for new products.
