4 pm -12 am shift
Bilingual a big plus.
Ensuring that mfg. equipment and tools function properly.
Building production schedules.
Making sure the production processes stay within the budget.
Directing production personnel.
Training of new team members.
Motivating all production staff.
Daily production data.
OSHA regulations.
Communicating regularly with upper mgt.
Setting up production goals.
Safety and health standards.
4 year degree a plus,
Computer literate...Excel/Word.
