The FlowLogix Business Analyst at McLeod Software serves as the customer solutions provider for LoadMaster, PowerBroker, LTL modules, DocumentPower and FlowLogix in the Delivery and Operations Department of the Enterprise Consulting Services Group.
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services to the customer for best business practices. This includes our software solutions as well as industry solutions
- Lead and/or participate in customer business process reviews and roadmaps
- Consult with customers to identify areas of potential process automation and make recommendations based on ROI and customer needs
- Design process flows utilizing the entire McLeod suite of products as well as third-party systems and vendors
- Communicate with customers, project managers, account managers and developers as needed to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet customer requirements
- Train end users on functionality of and interaction with automated processes
- Parallel QA testing with FlowLogix QA Analyst and customer
- 1st-Level FlowLogix support
- Availability to travel (up to 30%) for customer training and on-site visits.

- Thorough knowledge of LoadMaster, PowerBroker, LTL modules, DocumentPower and FlowLogix
- Transportation industry knowledge
- Technical documentation of process design
- Strong process development/improvement skills
- Knowledgeable in change management
- Basic working knowledge of SQL
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information both verbally and in writing
Education
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Visio; Thorough knowledge of LoadMaster, PowerBroker, LTL modules, DocumentPower and FlowLogix; working knowledge of SQL.
