Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Associate at Tom Naquin Auto Family is responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salary position with a competitive compensation package. The range for this position is from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, dependent on experience and performance. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations to potential buyers
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing, as well as financing options and incentives
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through lead generation and follow-up techniques
- Close sales by understanding the customers' needs and providing appropriate recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure return business
- Stay current on automotive industry trends and new vehicle features
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and trainings to continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge
- Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills and technology, including CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
