Responsibilities
• Processing and handling of title records
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is filed in a timely manner and in accordance to DMV regulations
• Ensure all records are stored accurately and securely
• Review contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Balance daily and monthly account transactions
• Assist customers in preparing and filing relevant paperwork
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate and organized records
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency with experience in databases
• Previous title clerk or automotive office experience is preferred
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
