We are currently seeking an experienced cleaner to join our team, ensuring units are spotless and ready for the next tenant following either construction or a prior tenant moveout, in addition to any other company cleaning needs. Job Description:
As a Property Cleaner, you will be responsible for preparing apartments and homes for new tenants by ensuring that they are thoroughly cleaned and ready for occupancy. You also will be responsible for maintenance of common areas in multi-family complexes, and respond to any other cleaning needs that may arise for our company. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of residential units, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as washing windows, baseboards, and removing debris or stains from carpets, walls, and floors.
• Clean and disinfect appliances, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Ensure that units are ready for showings and move-in by meeting the company’s high cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance clean for common areas of multi-family units and apartment complexes.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition and request replenishment when needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols for cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Communicate with construction and maintenance managers on status of jobs.

Qualifications:

• Reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites around the Cleveland area with supplies and equipment.
• Proven experience as a cleaner, preferably in property management or unit turnovers, with references available.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in completing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and cleaning equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
