- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively make recommendations and upsell.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including operating a point-of-sale system and making change accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new products, services and company initiatives.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods of time.
