Description of role: Office administrative assistant to field phone calls, create tickets for technicians, filing, light billing/purchasing involved. Growth potential to be Office Manager after learning the business.
Skills and requirements (must have): Professional office experience, exemplary phone/people skills, professional and positive attitude, strong typing skills, tech savvy, Microsoft Office proficient. Being familiar with technology is an absolute must have.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage office correspondence and assist with clerical duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document preparation and filing.
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette while handling inquiries.
- Support calendar management and scheduling to optimize office workflow.
- Assist in maintaining an organized office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
