We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate estimates for plumbing and mechanical projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing & mechanical systems and be proficient in Quote Soft.
Responsibilities
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to understand project scope.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers for cost input.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities to improve project profitability.
- Maintain detailed records of estimates and work within project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a mechanical or plumbing estimator.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems and components.
- Proficiency in Quote Soft.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
