Screen Printer/Machine Operator – In-Person Only

Tom’s T’s is looking for an on-site Screen Printer/Machine Operator to join our team in Sturgis, SD. This is an on-site position—remote or freelance applications will not be considered. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to work in person at our location.

About the Role:

As a Screen Printer/Machine Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality printed apparel. This position requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with designers and team members to ensure each print meets client expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain screen printing machines to ensure high-quality production.

- Set up and adjust printing equipment according to job specifications.

- Monitor print jobs for accuracy and quality control.

- Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues as they arise.

- Work closely with designers and team members to meet client requirements.

- Maintain an organized and safe workspace, following all safety guidelines.

- Manage printing supply inventory and request materials as needed.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Details:

- Full-time or part-time positions available.

- Hourly pay (based on experience).

- Schedule:

- 8-hour shifts

- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed
