Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Sweep, mop and pick up trash in assigned areas throughout the entire warehouse.
- Perform detail work like removing stickers, cleaning white lines and loading dock ramps.
- Drive a pallet jack, sweeper, or scrubber.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Be alert to safety rules.
- Other jobs as assigned.
- Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack, will train to drive a scrubber or sweeper as needed.
- Must be able to work well with other associates, be a team player.
- Lift, bend, push, pull, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 80 lbs.
- Stand on feet for up to 8-10 hours per day.
- Will work in various temperatures ranging from room temperature to –30 degrees below zero.
- Must have ability to complete written forms / reports, review reports given by associates.
- Must be dependable, maintaining good attendance.
- Must be a team player and a positive motivator.
- Must be flexible to workdays or nights, to include weekend work.
- Must be willing to work 8am to 4:30pm with Wednesday and Thursdays off (subject to change based off business needs.
- Flexible to shift changes and covering other areas of the warehouse as needed.
