What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Tom Toole Sales Group at RE/MAX Main Line?
We’re looking for an outgoing real estate appointment setter to help us with our sales goals for 25 - 30 hours per week, with room to make the position full time.
You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting for potential clients and by adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities:
- Make 150-250 calls per day from the team database, inbound, and outbound leads.
- Set appointments with prospects who have a real intent to buy or sell real estate.
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads within the CRM.
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, text, and video.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience for buyers and sellers in the real estate market.
- Keep records and report on key performance indicators to ensure sales goals are met.
- This position is 100% database conversion, appointment setting, and relationship building.
- Partner with the sales team to execute appointments with customers who are ready to transact.
- A growth-oriented person who is open to new ideas and coaching.
Qualifications:
- Strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A coachable mindset.
- An individual with outstanding verbal and written communication skills utilizing phones and computer programs.
- Someone with CRM and previous sales process knowledge is a huge plus.
- An individual who is open to scripting with practice as it will be a key focus for this position to ensure your success.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
