Integrity Insurance, in Tom Wood Company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR would provide support to our team and customers in various ways. We represent a network of insurance providers including, but not limited to, Safeco, Nationwide, Progressive, Travelers, State Auto, to name a few.

Responsibilities
- Primary contact on incoming phone calls
- Answer customer questions and follow up on unresolved issues
- Process policy changes for clients
- Update client information as it is needed
- Obtain/secure all "Trailing Documents" from clients
- Contact renewals to discuss rates, coverage and discounts
- Follow up on all inspections and resolves rejections
- Coordinates claims for clients
- Coordinates client onboarding process using our agency contact system
- Maintaining consistent high customer satisfaction
- Proficient in general office duties
- REQUIRED- Property and Casualty License
- 1-2 years minimum experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to accept rejection and stay calm under pressure
- Required- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
