Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
- Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and reservations, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.
- Resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates to deliver top-notch customer service that fosters long-term customer loyalty and contributes to increased profitability.
- Coordinate with colleagues for accounting and invoicing.
- Aviation knowledge is extremely helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail in processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records
- Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
- Effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic
- Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly.
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals
- MUST HAVE-Valid driver's license with clean driving record
