Detail Specialist- Tom Wood Subaru

Tom Wood Subaru, located in Indianapolis IN, is currently searching for a full-time, dedicated, and passionate Detail Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a detailing enthusiast, have a keen eye for tiny details, and be able to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every detail job. Uphold exceptional standards and quality of service to enhance the organization’s reputation. Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and sanitizing Inspect vehicles for any damage or necessary repairs and report findings to management Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Keep detailed records of services performed and inventory of detailing supplies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Detail Specialist Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management, organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a meticulous approach to your work Knowledge of various cleaning and detailing products and tools Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending, for extended periods Required- have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
