Sixt Rent a Car, a Tom Wood company, located at the Cincinnati International Airport is looking for a couple dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. In this role, the ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with the car rental process, including reservations, vehicle selection, and any special requests.
- Process reservations and changes, ensuring customers have accurate and up-to-date information on their rentals.
- Perform vehicle inspections with customers before and after rentals, ensuring that all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues related to rentals, offering solutions in a calm and efficient manner.
- Work closely with other team members, including management and support staff, to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to customers.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging or high-pressure situations, with a focus on finding solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- MUST have a valid driver’s license with a CLEAN record
