Responsibilities:
- Provide network technical support to ensure seamless operations across all systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop computer hardware and software issues.
- Manage day-to-day IT systems, including network infrastructure and user support.
- Perform light administrative duties within Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT solutions and improve system efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Network Infrastructure Support Experience and a strong understanding of networking principles.
- Help Desk Support Experience, with proven success in resolving user issues.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Fortinet systems.
- Microsoft Office 365 experience, including administration and user management.
- CompTIA Network or Microsoft certifications preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
