What are the responsibilities and job description for the Founding Head of Sales position at Toma, Inc.?
You must be tried, tested, and ready to close new customers and simultaneously manage offshore SDR operations.
You will operate as a sales generalist alongside our CEO, doing everything you can to help us grow our customer base from double to quadruple digits this year.
Responsibilities
Help us 10x ARR in 2025 through direct selling and team leadership
Build/manage offshore SDR team of 3-5 reps
Conduct discovery calls and product demos
Develop sales playbook and processes
Define sales metrics and reporting
Create forecasting methodology
Own revenue pipeline and targets
Required Qualifications
Track record of excellence
3 years B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in automotive or AI
Experience building and leading teams
History of consistent quota achievement (>120%)
Strong demo and sales methodology expertise
Technical aptitude to sell AI solutions
Compensation
Base salary (see range) 5-10% Sourced ACV Performance Incentive 0.01% to 0.30% equity
