What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Summer Intern position at Tomah Health?
POSITION SUMMARY
The Administration Summer Intern will work closely with the CEO and be assigned tasks and projects in order to provide an opportunity for practical application of knowledge and skills learned in school.
MAJOR JOB FUNCTION
- Attend meetings as assigned by the CEO.
- Perform project work as assigned by the CEO.
- Shadow other members of Tomah Health as assigned by the CEO.
- All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- One year of Master of Health Administration completion required.
- Acceptance to the MHA intern program.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent human relation skills as demonstrated by the ability to interface with other in a positive manner.
- Must have a high energy level with ability to work under the stress and exhibit emotional maturity, stability and flexibility.
- Needs to possess a high level of intelligence, integrity, sense of responsibility and ability to comprehend and analyze details.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and/or crouch.
- Requires extended periods of sitting in one position and frequent computer use.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
