Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall management of the nursing department
- Assist in planning, developing, implementing and maintaining resident discharge procedures and plans
- Review and ensure proper charting and documentation of nursing procedures
- Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current RN state license, BSN preferred
- Current CPR Certification
- 5 years of experience in long term care experience
- 3 years of nursing management in long term care, preferred
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance
